Once upon a time, there was a man who lived to claim the world. The world, which was at his fingertips, was nothing more than a toy. This man was God, and as God he ruled everything…“Nah, that’s not right." He grumbled, quickly scratching away at the notebook, resuming to write some more. Another error, another trial.
The God wasn’t truly a God. He was, the Devil. And as the Devil, he had everything. Everything was in his grasp — everything was literally a joke. He was cold hearted; cold for a man who lived in the flames of Hell — not even Dante himself could describe the inexplicable hatred that was buried deep in his own chest.The male scratched away at those words too, frustration growing along his lips before he slammed the pencil down, staring at the reader before him. He blinked, dark liquid pools blinking at the strangers. “Oh—” He was surprised, and quickly his cocky facade masked his momentary expression. “Aye. You already know me. I’d tell you my full name, but Kris is easier. Nice to meet you.” His lips curled into a faint grin. “Guess this is where our story begins, right?” Eyes crinkled into slight crescents as the words flowed through his lips. “Sorry, that was corny right?” And he laughed, his laughter ringing in that quiet room. “Do you know what’s a good way to start the story of a sheep who got lost? It’s hard — shall I draw you a picture of my idea?” His grin grew wider along the length of his lips. “Come onnn, you know you wanna.”
